About us
THE NORTH’S FIRST CHOICE LUXURY CARE PROVIDER
I am extremely proud of the reputation we have gained
for being one of the UK’s
premier providers of elderly
care.
I established Hadrian Healthcare in 1996 with the goal of creating a care organisation that was different.
I wanted to design and build Care Homes that would offer Residents a unique level of modern accommodation and, more importantly, where they would genuinely feel at home. As well as creating a beautiful homely and luxurious environment, we also set about establishing a well-trained, enthusiastic and dedicated staff team of people who share my passion for excellence.
Over the past 25 years we have continued to invest and innovate to ensure our Homes offer the very best standards available to our clients. I continue to be most proud of the dedicated team of people who, on a day to day basis, provide a very individual level of care in such a personal and professional way.
Our buildings and environment continue to win awards and acclamations for their innovation and unique style but, most importantly, our people stay and grow with us, which helps us create that special element we call ‘Hadrian Living’.
In recent years we have returned to our ‘boutique’ size, ensuring we are large enough to make a difference, but small enough to care.
Choosing a new Home for you or your loved one is such a difficult time, but I only ask, before making a decision, you take time to visit a Hadrian Home. Our Home Managers welcome the opportunity to talk about what a Hadrian Home can offer.
We are, of course, always keen to receive any feedback you may have after visiting one of our Homes, or of any direct experience you, a family member or a friend have had whilst staying with us - so please don’t hesitate to email with any comments you may have. I promise, we listen to everyone!

View our homesI am delighted to have been leading the Senior Management Team at Hadrian Healthcare since 2009.
I strongly believe in creating a culture which is focussed on the total wellbeing of all of our Residents, and where every member of our team can achieve fulfilment and job satisfaction.
We are always looking at ways to do things better and make life as good as it can be for our Residents and our colleagues. We continually invest in improving our services, whether by using technology or investment in resources and, as a result, we are always moving forward, ensuring we consistently offer the best possible care.
At Hadrian Healthcare the wellbeing of our Residents is at the heart of everything we do.
I am committed to ensuring we deliver our promise of a ‘Home from Home’ experience, providing exceptional care and comfort, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the independence and quality of life for everyone who chooses to make their Home with us.
I am extremely proud of our Homes and the exceptional care our teams deliver, why not come and see for yourself.
Jas Gill, Managing Director
I appreciate the difficult and emotional decisions involved for every person and their family when considering moving to a new Home.
Please be assured that most people find they settle into their new Home with us very quickly and in most cases their quality of life improves with such a move. Those who may have felt isolated can enjoy companionship and those who have been struggling to cope previously can find a new level of independence.
Our Home Managers and staff will give every client and their family all of the support they need, both in emotional and practical terms when considering or indeed making such a move.
We recognise that everyone is an individual and should be treated as such. Plans of care and support are tailored to the exact needs of each Resident and their family. We want our Residents to feel very much at home, and we encourage Residents to maintain their independence and where possible, lead a full and active lifestyle whilst always being reassured that support and help is available when required.
