The Manor House in Knaresborough, which will provide residential and dementia care for elderly people, is holding an Open Weekend on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November from 10am to 4pm each day.
The new care home has been purpose-built and is owned and operated by luxury care provider Hadrian Healthcare Group. It is situated in the heart of the community at Hambleton Grove in Knaresborough, within easy access of all the facilities of the town.

The Manor House, Knaresborough is the company’s tenth purpose-built care development in Yorkshire and the North East since 2008.
The Town Mayor of Barnard Castle, Councillor Sandra Moorhouse, has presented the title of honorary freeman of the town to Mr Parkin Raine. The Town Council has awarded this in recognition of his outstanding contribution to recording life in Teesdale.
The ceremony took place at The Manor House care home where Mr Raine now lives on Sunday 25 October.
The Manor House Whickham is celebrating two garden awards again this year.
The awards were won in the Whickham in Bloom competition with a first prize Diploma for Excellence in Horticulture in the commercial premises category for the fifth year running and in the Northumbria in Bloom (Communities Growing Together) care category for the second year running.
