Exotic Animals are Special Guests at Oulton Manor Summer Fayre

Some very unusual guests made a very big impression at Oulton Manor’s Summer Fayre on Saturday 19 August. Morley Exotic Animal Rescue Centre brought a range of the animals they currently have in their care, from a tiny marmoset monkey to a 12ft long python.

Pictured are Oulton Manor resident Decima Luke, who was thrilled to meet all the animals, with Ian the python and handler Gary.

“The exotic animals really captured everyone’s attention and made the afternoon extra special,” said Kim Eames, lifestyle coordinator at Oulton Manor.

“We’d like to thank all our visitors of all ages, families and friends who made the fayre such an incredible success. As well as the animals there was lots of traditional summer fun too with live music, homemade cakes and refreshments, craft stalls and a raffle and tombola.”
